Took vehicle in for regular service. Was told it had a bad front motor mount. I explained to Leymi I had the PREMIUM extended warranty and according to my copy of 'terms and conditio Was told it had a bad front motor mount. I explained to Leymi I had the PREMIUM extended warranty and according to my copy of 'terms and conditions' it should be covered. Leymi informed me it was NOT covered. I needed car back as soon as possible, so i agreed to pay for repair myself. Upon returning home, I called Ford and found out is WAS covered. It took me calling Davis Hill , in finance, from whom I purchased extended warranty from, then to be 'handed off' to M.M. Ross who seemed to not want to 'give me the time of day' about rectifying my problem. O took copies of "term and conditions' and repair bill down and personally handed them to him. He said he would get back to me in a 'day or two'. 4 WEEKS later NO response, so I finally got in touch with Josh Fichter, the GENERAL manager and he looked into it and agreed it WAS covered and I would have refund coming in mail. That was THREE weeks ago and NO refund.Seems this managements word isn't worth much. Dealership already lost one vehicles sale to my immediate family. Looks like I need to find a Ford dealership whose word means something these days.. Back a few years ago, when Terry Rich was GM, NONE of this would have dragged out as long as this has.. I was greeted by multiple sales associates upon walking in, walked to the front and when my sales associate wasn’t available due to being with another client, they quickly paired me with someone to work with immediately. I communicated what was needed from a per month payment perspective with a trade factored in, and they all made the deal happen. I want to specifically thank Justin A. Carlos Hernandez was great with working with me to trade in my vehicle. This was actually my second time working with him and both experiences were great! There is no pressure when trying to find the right in my vehicle. This was actually my second time working with him and both experiences were great! There is no pressure when trying to find the right vehicle for me. Carlos worked hard to get me a fair deal to fit my budget. I really liked his communication through the process and the knowledge he showed. The great experience continued went I went to Finance and sat down with Chris Lewis. That was an easy visit. Chris had everything ready and what I liked on paper, just had to sign. Both my experiences have been excellent with this dealership and with Carlos. I was in and out in around 2 hours. I will be back for future purchases. More
