Almost two years ago I bought my 3rd VW from Thanks to my dear friends Nermina Mednolucanin, Fred Emich, and Chris Scheidt with Emich Volkswagen. They did an amazing job with my less than perfect credit to get me into my beautiful 2022 Tiguan well fast forward to this last week and I got a call from Nermina asking me if I wanted to look at a trade-in for a NEW 2024 at a better rate. I knew my interest was high with the other lender and my credit has improved so I thought okay let’s give it a shot. The caveat was I was out of state at a meeting then on a plane. Nermina was able to execute everything regardless and I was signing from 30,000 feet in the air. Not only that she was negotiating with finance on my end and got me to 0%!!!! When I got back on Friday I was able to walk-in and see my new vehicle and just work through the standard logistics with Tyson and Doug Larson. Emich was on my side to treat me like a lifetime partner. Nermina is a friend for life. I receive holiday cards and calls from her. I see her when I go in for service. She knew what I was paying and knew she could put me in a better place and even help me on my credit journey. Doug was my ally and gave me a big hug when we were done with my paperwork. I will never buy anywhere else and I LOVE my car. I even got upgraded features and Nermina showed me how to program simple things that I would have never known how to do like the garage door opener. Thank you, Nermina. Doug, and Tyson. I love you all and am forever grateful to you personally and to Fred and Emich for running a customer-first ethical business. My appt for battery install wasn’t until today but my car wouldn’t start yesterday morning so I had it brought in and they took care of me a day early. The individual departments are competent in their own area, but internal communication could use some improvement. They addressed a recall in the inspection service and a month later we are still getting area, but internal communication could use some improvement. They addressed a recall in the inspection service and a month later we are still getting text, mail and email notifications about this same recall. They neglected to reset the service interval counter after the inspection, so that the car continued to say "PLEASE SCHEDULE AN INSPECTION SERVICE". We had to ask for that to be corrected four times. We left the car for four days to allow several services to be completed but the different departments didn't communicate with each other about who would do what when, so we got unclear and inaccurate information about when the car would be ready. To be fair, they did complete all tasks by Friday and the car looks and runs awesome. More
