My current lease was ending and I was inundated with phone calls from the dealership promising great deals on a trade and new lease. All I got was a runaround and a waste of my time. Unfortunately wit phone calls from the dealership promising great deals on a trade and new lease. All I got was a runaround and a waste of my time. Unfortunately with VW you have to go to a dealership to buyout your lease. Rick Case VW does not tell you they are adding additional cost of over $300 for oil changes to the fees when writing up the end of lease deal. I understand they don't make money on lease buyouts but they should be upfront with these charges, to me it seems deceptive. More

I bought a 2017 Jetta and instead of being courteous and filling the car up with gas before I left the dealership I barely got enough gas to get home, also I’ve got to ball tires on the back of the car no o filling the car up with gas before I left the dealership I barely got enough gas to get home, also I’ve got to ball tires on the back of the car no one bothered to tell me that also the battery was dead practically before I got home I live 100 miles away. Rick case is the worst dealership ever I would never ever recommend Rick case More
