Southern Ford is my favorite place to take my car for service. I always have a great experience and know my car is in good hands. Maurice was accommodating from the time I stepped out of my car. There is no better place I would rather take my car for service. I will say that I had a chip in my windshield when I turned it in, and when I got it back, it was a full crack. I would have liked someone to speak with me about it before releasing my car. I'm not sure who to talk to about that. More

Maurice was prompt to meet me at my car with a warm greeting, and although we had not formally met, he called my name and processed my car immediately. I didn't have to wait! Southern ford is extremely efficient and I he online communication is good. The availability is a little competitive as you may have to wait up to a week to get an appointment but once you have one you communication is good. The availability is a little competitive as you may have to wait up to a week to get an appointment but once you have one you won’t need to worry about coming back multiple times if they can handle alll issues there. The staff is polite and helpful and overall it’s my best Ford dealership I’ve used over the last 5 years More
