Staff was completely unprofessional, passive aggressive and rude. Denied me the right to speak to a manager. When I did speak to a manager, he stated he “did not want to hurt my feelings or upset me” when and rude. Denied me the right to speak to a manager. When I did speak to a manager, he stated he “did not want to hurt my feelings or upset me” when I tried to negotiate pricing. Completely inappropriate and unrelated to the deal. Salesperson quit through text, which caused me to be paired with a new salesperson and re-do paperwork. I was told different information in sales vs finance. Finance manager was not honest about warranty packages which caused price of vehicle to skyrocket. I had to go back 2 days later with reinforcement to make changes to contract and get a proper number. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism at a dealership in my life. Won’t be back and will NOT refer anyone to this dealership. More

First, when you are in the process to buy a car they'll go above and beyond to get the sale. Once you sign the paper you are on your own. I had multiple issues the following two days after the sale and I r go above and beyond to get the sale. Once you sign the paper you are on your own. I had multiple issues the following two days after the sale and I reached out to their customer service via chat and they promise you that they are going to have someone follow up with you and they never do. I needed help getting the registration code for their Advantage Program so I can utilize when needed to no avail. I wanted to cancel my Gap Insurance and the same: "We'll have someone reach out to you". They did reach out but they were trying to sell me a car. That's how disconnected they are in their communication. I highly recommend to not do business with them. If you need them after the sale you won't find them. More
