Took over a month to receive a status update on my vehicles issue. I never was called directly with any updates or progression. I had to take the initiative and call the dealership for a status update, and even after I received an update via the phone call initiated by me, I had to come to the dealership in person to get another update on what the core issue was considering the damages would be over $6,000 in repairs.
