Best dealership I have ever purchased from. No pressure at all - they had exactly what I wanted, let me test drive it, added the bed liner, and I picked it up the next day. They Got me in my car quick, but later found out why. The bumper was glued and popped out the battery was bad and had to jump start car at least 10 times in one week. Nobody returns calls,very stand offi The bumper was glued and popped out the battery was bad and had to jump start car at least 10 times in one week. Nobody returns calls,very stand offish and blowing me off when I called and then had to stop by with my concerns. They gave me loaner car and it smelled like cigarettes and was dirty. They took a week to fix get the battery fixed which they sent to a regular Nissan dealer. They never fixed bumper, never did wheel alignment because their is 3 different tires on a 2023. Theirs a big burn mark in the back corner roof panel and a piece of left side mirror missing. More

We went to purchase a 2023 Ford Lightning- we were promised by Dakota, the “EV Expert” that this would meet the needs of my partner’s commute. It didn’t and it had other issuues- Lojack wasn’t install promised by Dakota, the “EV Expert” that this would meet the needs of my partner’s commute. It didn’t and it had other issuues- Lojack wasn’t installed properly and wouldn’t activate, batteries wouldn’t charge correctly-we went to ask about a swap or return in the 3rd day. They said they wouldn’t take the car back. We then spoke with Manny the Sales Manager, who was as uncooperative as Dakota. We asked about swapping for a vehicle at another Southern automotive lot and were told no because it wasn’t a new purchase- we just purchased this vehicle 2 days ago!! Hard to believe they would do this to a disabled veteran. Buyers beware- stay away from this dealership. More
