There was no state inspection sticker on my car. It was a new purchase and I returned it to the service department and they performed the inspection for me. She did it with no hesitation. I am visiting here for 2weeks. The hatch on my 2023 Pathfinder wouldn’t open after I arrived. I called Southern Nissan and was giyan appointment on 5/5/25 at 9:30. I was greeted wi The hatch on my 2023 Pathfinder wouldn’t open after I arrived. I called Southern Nissan and was giyan appointment on 5/5/25 at 9:30. I was greeted with “ We’re very behind. They shouldn’t have given you an appointment. I can’t get to you for a couple hours.” I asked if I should reschedule for another day and was told “Every day’s the same.” The guy suggested that I just wait until I got back to Ohio to get it repaired. I asked if he could order the part as I wasn’t leaving for Ohio for another 9 days. He said “yes.” The wrong part came in on 5/7/25. I got a call that they couldn’t possibly get the right part delivered and installed before I left Virginia in 7 days. He told me to take it back to Ohio and get it fixed there. My vehicle is still under warranty so any dealership should be able to fix it. I really felt that I was an imposition and should just move on. More
