Car got to dealership at 7:30 am and I heard nothing
until 3:00 pm. Was told they had not started any repairs yet and would have to keep it overnight. This is the worse dealership I have ever experience

Waiting from 7:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. without an update only to learn that repairs had not yet begun and the vehicle would need to stay overnight is absolutely not acceptable, and we understand why that was upsetting. We do want to thank you for giving us the opportunity to speak with our Service Manager and allowing us the chance to address and correct the issues directly. We appreciate you taking that call and working with us so we could better understand where the breakdown occurred and take steps to fix it. While waiting, Pam, who does the baking and keeps the refreshments stocked up, offered me a goodie bag to take home, which I always say yes to. I was constantly kept informed on the progress of the work done on my truck. This is a well-oiled machine that they have, and each and every one acted very professional. I have bought at least six cars and two trucks there within my lifetime time. And each and every time, it was a pleasant experience. A job well done by all......
