Car got to dealership at 7:30 am and I heard nothing until 3:00 pm. Was told they had not started any repairs yet and would have to keep it overnight. This is the worse dealership I have ever experience More

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration this caused. Waiting from 7:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. without an update only to learn that repairs had not yet begun and the vehicle would need to stay overnight is absolutely not acceptable, and we understand why that was upsetting. We do want to thank you for giving us the opportunity to speak with our Service Manager and allowing us the chance to address and correct the issues directly. We appreciate you taking that call and working with us so we could better understand where the breakdown occurred and take steps to fix it.
