My check in was so easy and the representative was excellent. She was friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions. The waiting area was very nice and comfortable. My car was actually done BEFO excellent. She was friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions. The waiting area was very nice and comfortable. My car was actually done BEFORE she said it would be!! I was given all the information on what was done to my car and given a chance to ask questions. From the very first time I walked in to look at a Kia, I have been treated so wonderfully. Love my car too!! More
