I recently had a frustrating experience with online car purchase that I feel compelled to share. Every time I had a question about the status of the process, I found myself having to call them, which was quite inconvenient. After signing all the paperwork, I didn’t hear anything for a whole week. When I finally tried to reach out to my salesperson, my call went unanswered, and I never received a callback. I even left two messages for management, hoping for some resolution, but to no avail. It felt like I was completely in the dark. The delivery of the car was another surprise. I was at work when I received a call saying the transport truck was just five minutes away. It would have been nice to have some notice to make arrangements. I had also requested a video of the car’s underside before delivery, but that never materialized either. When the car finally arrived, I was disappointed to find a burnt mark on the carpet and what looked like acid damage on the sunroof switch panel. I was told that they were a reputable dealer with a meticulous process, but my experience didn’t reflect that at all. While I can’t speak to their in-person service, I would strongly advise against buying online if you value communication and transparency. It’s a shame because I had high hopes, but this experience left me feeling let down. If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle from them, I recommend doing so in person to avoid the issues I faced.
