Your entire staff at Holman Honda is very involved and makes you feel right at home! Luz Rodriguez was amazing at getting my new vehicle checked in and repaired within an hour after arriving. Having had poor experiences at other Honda dealers in my local West Palm area, I decided to try Holman because of their good reputation. I had to buy out the lease on my Pilot as well as have annual servi local West Palm area, I decided to try Holman because of their good reputation. I had to buy out the lease on my Pilot as well as have annual service done. Having put a dent in the tailgate, I also asked about having the body repair done. Working long hours and being over an hour away (95 traffic!), I had to go in on a Saturday to drop the car off and also do the paperwork for the lease-purchase. Bill Raymond called me to arrange my transaction in sales and handed me off to Mark London as he would be off that day. Lead advisor, Luz Rodriguez in service called me ahead of time to coordinate my service despite the fact that she would be off. She left me in the capable hands of Kevin Sanchez. When we arrived early for the service appointment on Saturday morning, Kevin was ready for us and went through our options for service, giving good advice but not being pushy. He also advised us of some recalls that were due. We agreed on the necessary service and he had a loaner car ready for me that Luz had sorted. The service transaction took way less time than we'd anticipated, and therefore sales weren't ready for us yet, so we spent an hour getting a bite to eat locally. When we returned, Nelson Reina greeted us and sales manager, Mark London got us sorted. Being a straightforward deal, Randi Greene quickly got our finance paperwork done. On Monday, the car was ready and I received a video showing what was done along with a few recommendations. The car was promptly sent over to the body shop where Marisa got me an estimate right away. I didn't forsee the car being ready so quickly, but it was done by Thursday at the agreed price. Being unable to return to the dealership until after service hours, Marisa left the key with the sales department where I was able to leave my loaner car and collect my keys, having paid the service and body invoices with convenient links sent to my phone. The car was detailed inside and out and looked like brand new! To sum up, I was able to arrange my lease purchase and service all ahead of time. I dropped off on Saturday and had my car back on Thursday having also had body and paint work done which was added on at the last minute. As a service professional for my whole working life (40+ years), I always love to experience a great business doing their work so well. This was a true team effort between new car sales, finance, service, parts and the bodyshop. Everyone kept their promises and came through to make for a fast, correctly priced and overall Top Tier experience. I will drive the hour to service my car here every time!
