Horrible customer service, I have bought many cars from Al Hendrickson Toyota and I am extremely disappointed. The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and when I was finally transferred to the Al Hendrickson Toyota and I am extremely disappointed. The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and when I was finally transferred to the show room, I spoke to one of the managers who didn't even respond to my greetings. This is probably the last time I do business with Al Hendrickson Toyota. More

Let me start by saying Luther was a 10/5, he was great! He made buying a car a stress free & a great experience. Now for the financing group… I know they have to do their job and make their money. I felt like for buying almost a $40,000 car I should get my tint for free.. they told me I would have to pay $300 after purchasing this Highlander. I went back and asked the guy and he said “well you already signed so you have to pay the $300 if you want tints. That’s one thing….. AND after I brought the car home and was looking at all the features, I stumbled across a part missing. The trunk cargo cover was missing out of my trunk… would I recommend this place again? Eh prob not, I’d recommend Luther though :) More

Having been to this dealership exclusively from 2017 to current buying 2-4 cars every 36-39 months and recommending other members of family to shop around and make sure to check this one out last! It is a remarkable process, well run, and, especially Jessica Fernandez, Executive Assistant took care of us with kit gloves every purchase. Now that we came in on 1/4/2025, just to check out if there would be a deal, we tried it with the new ownership and management, of course, checking with Jessica first to get the proper sales and management team that we are accustomed. Yes, they were top of the line, professional, courteous, and very down to earth! If it were not for Luther McKenzie we did NOT expect to get a deal done on this day. When things fall into place as they did this night it would be crazy to not take our deal! From every point of the experience from Sales to Management to Finance, it was superb! This is not a 5 star review it should be a 10 star! More

I wish I could give this dealership 0 stars. On September 19, 2024, we leased a 2024 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport under a 36-month agreement at $549.99 per month, with a total mileage allowance o On September 19, 2024, we leased a 2024 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport under a 36-month agreement at $549.99 per month, with a total mileage allowance of 36,000 miles. As part of the deal, we traded in our 2023 Lexus GX 460, which was appraised at $55,000. At the time, the payoff amount for the Lexus was $50,789. The dealership agreed to allocate $2,546 from the trade-in value as a down payment for the Tacoma and issue a check for the remaining balance. After completing the initial paperwork and taking possession of the Tacoma, the dealership contacted us a week later, demanding that we re-sign the documents. We were told that the Lexus payoff would not be processed unless we complied. Despite the pressure and inconvenience, we re-signed the necessary documents on October 11, 2024, after Lexus charged us for the monthly payment due to the delay in payoff. On October 25, the finance manager confirmed that all paperwork was finalized and instructed us to begin making payments for the Tacoma. However, on November 1, the same finance manager informed us that the accounting department was just beginning to process the Lexus payoff and our refund check. We finally received the refund check on November 11, 2024—nearly two months after the lease began. Upon contacting Lexus on November 11, we learned that the vehicle payoff had still not been processed. Under Florida law, dealerships are required to pay off trade-in vehicles within 10 business days, a deadline this dealership has far exceeded, even after the updated paperwork was signed. More
