Lurie Keener: Terrible customer service. I had just bought a car there 2 WEEKS PRIOR and the original salesperson was out so I asked the manager to assign me someone else and unfortunately I had just bought a car there 2 WEEKS PRIOR and the original salesperson was out so I asked the manager to assign me someone else and unfortunately Lurie is who was picked. I drove a couple of cars and asked if he could show me how Lexus Navigation worked. They held the car that was of interest and a week or so later I asked if I was eligible for one of the incentives and later asked for a picture of the dash as the car was going to be a gift and the person wanted to see that. He responded with the following via text (which I sent to his manager): "Ok now I have never in my 33 years in this business, done so much to assist a customer in making a decision. I have went above and beyond..." Well, let's not address the grammar issue; he must have had a very easy career. Fortunately someone else was assigned to me. However, the management did not lower the price in consideration of my just having bought a car there two weeks prior so I did not purchase the car. Disappointing experience for sure. More

I bought Audi q3 2018 car from westside Lexus. I understand car sold as it is but couple of issues should be checked and fixed prior sell, Car Fuel door latch is defective and we had very hard tim I understand car sold as it is but couple of issues should be checked and fixed prior sell, Car Fuel door latch is defective and we had very hard time to open door when we went 1st time to Gas station for fuel, Also there was a Mylar at bottom of car which coming out since it was at bottom I did not able to see, when we drove car on highway notice some noise ,1st we thought it could be tier noise but after a week we found mylar was out and this could be safety issue since it was touch front tiers.
