Finance manager changed the numbers and add extra “warranties” that we never discussed! Gave me paperwork in a Flash Drive!! Thank God I opened it and found his deception!! How many other people has he up charged and they never open the flash drive and are not aware. When I went back to ask him to explain the numbers and remove the extras he put on. He removed the $1400 I was charged for oil changes for year 4-7!!!! When I said I will probably remove the extended warranty - he got mad and said then I’m also removing the extra $600 I gave you for your trade in. WTH !! I later found out that he makes lots of $$$ for these add ons. He never could explain the over sticker price! He said talk with your salesman I later called to cancel the extended warranty and was disconnected!!! Again ! How many people are being scammed ? More

When you shop there you feel like family and they do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy and get the best deal. My newest car is the 2025 Santa Fe Calligraphy Hybrid and I love it. The service department is top notch and I highly recommend them! Jorge in the finance department will help you get the best deal and is always available if you have a question or concern, even if it isn’t finance related. Woody is the man to see to get you in the car you want if you are buying . He is friendly, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. He works with you to get you exactly what you want at the price you want. The awesome ladies who get you a loaner if you have your car serviced are also so helpful and friendly and they put out great snacks if you are waiting or shopping. I would advise persons not to buy from this dealership. On September 15, 2023 I financed a 2023 Santa Fae XRT from this company. A few days later I found out that they had added over $15000 worth of add on's to the sale contract without my conscent or knowledge. They even charged me $2000 more than the listed sales price. For over one year now I have been trying to fix the issues with the manager Mr. Ken Sidana but instead of trying to fix the issues he is trying to rob me still. He acknowledges the fax that fraud took place during my transaction with the company but refuses to refund me my money or fix the issues unless I sign a release saying that I will accept $7600 as final payment and not take legal action against him or his company. I submitted to him signed documents showing that certain items are to be cancelled from my account and the funds credited to my account but he has refused to do so despite me having a signed contract with an agent of his company. These people took out a $52000 loan in my name from Hyundai Finance when the SUV was not worth more than $37000 and they want me to pay interest on a $52000 loan and only give me $7600 for the fraudulent act they had done, I am now forced to take the matter to court and advice Hyundai Finance and Hyundai Company of there illegal actions and how this is damaging there brand and that they should reconsider doing business with Hyundai Orlando Greenway, I tried to settle the matter with the manager privately for over one year now . He admits that fraud was committed on my account but refuses to fix it, The manager at the dealership agrees with me that I was over charged $2000 over the sales price and I told him to send those funds to Hyundai Finance or give me in a personal check and he said no, Not unless I sign to accept there ridiculous settlement offer they are offering as settlement to this case, I signed a contract for the cancellation of an item called Luxcare from my account in September 2023 and one year and 2 months later this item has not been cancelled which means that I am still been charged interest on this item. On that same document I signed to have some items cancelled and these items were cancelled 9 months later after I signed this , How can it be right for a car dealership to take out a $52000 loan on your behalf when the SUV is worth only about $37000 , They say to you that they commit fraud in your name but you must bare the penalty, Be careful when doing business with this car dealership. Make sure that the sticker price matches what is on the sales contract. Avoid the sales agent called Lucas More
