They recognized me by the third time I was in there and I was impressed that although I didn't work with or talk to Linda Radue prior to coming in, she knew exactly what I was in there for and connected us with a great sales men. They obviously communicate with one another and that's really helpful! They definitely care about the customers experience! Luke Klingson was really great. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Gave us a fair deal on my trade in and walked away with a new 2016 Passat. Overall, really wonderful customer service and I'd recommend Luke to anyone I know to help them find a new car at VW! More

When my wife and I returned another day for a test drive the car was ready and we were treated respectfully, no pressure, only inquiries as to what more could be done to be helpful.
