Ask for Luke Klingson. I just leased a 2017 Tiguan this past Wednesday and It was the best experiences with a car dealership that I've had. My experience was so great becaus I just leased a 2017 Tiguan this past Wednesday and It was the best experiences with a car dealership that I've had. My experience was so great because of Luke Klingson. I am new to leasing and brought my father along to help me with the decisions about my new car. Luke was there to hep me along the way and was prompt, efficient, and friendly. Some dealers are overly pushy when it comes to adding on services to a new car. However, Luke acted in a way that exemplifies the term professional. Luke was not pushy about anything and gave straight forward and honest answers to all of my questions. He made the process easy and enjoyable. He did not try to trick me into adding on features or anything else and helped to keep my monthly payments near my target amount. Feeling we owed it to ourselves to do our due diligence by exploring other models, we quickly realized that Burnsville VW was where we should have started in the first place. Once again we had a great experience with the dealership and especially our sales rep, Luke Klingson. Luke was as helpful as he was the first time he sold us a car back in 2014. He made the process, fun, easy and most of all worth our time. He kept in touch with us throughout the whole process making sure our needs were met every step of the way. Best place I've ever bought a car from I found my car over the internet on the Burnsville VW website. I filled out the online credit app on a Sunday night at 9 pm and by 930 am the called a I found my car over the internet on the Burnsville VW website. I filled out the online credit app on a Sunday night at 9 pm and by 930 am the called and asked a few question. Then the called back at noon and said they had everything ready to go. I went up after work and I arrived by 530 pm and by 615 pm I was on my way home. The sales and finance folks were awesome. They treated me very well and weren't pushy about selling me the extras. I will never go to another dealership to buy a car ever again unless it's Burnsville VW More

DO NOT TRUST THEM I bought a car here last year with Luke Klingson. I secured financing on my own, and told him I did not want financing through the dealership. I tho I bought a car here last year with Luke Klingson. I secured financing on my own, and told him I did not want financing through the dealership. I thought he understood me, but apparently not because my credit report reveals seven hard inquiries from the dealership which were made WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I now have to file a dispute with all of the bureaus. Shameful of VW to try to do this when I explicitly told them I had financing. I am considering filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau. More
