I purchased my 2023 Subaru Crosstrek at Brattleboro Subaru 3 weeks ago. Dan Bacigalupo was the sales representative who assisted me, and he was fantastic! What impressed me was the fact the way he helped me with my trade-in. My husband had died 3 years ago and I was having a hard time giving up my old beat-up SUV due to old memories. I really hated to part with the Vietnam Vet stickers my husband had on the back of our old SUV years ago. Dan spoke with the service department, and they were able to get his Vietnam Veteran stickers off. They even laminated them for me and I was able to take them home with me in my new Subaru Crosstrek! Did I mention that I love my new Subaru? I have never been so happy with any vehicle as I am with the Crosstrek! Very solid and the safest vehicle I have ever owned! I have been recommending Dan and Brattleboro Subaru to my friends. More
