These folks fit the bill. Mike Masters walked me through the order and mechanics of the deal over the Web and telephone, Billy Boutilette showed me my new car, handled the paperwork and my questions on delivery, Nizam Mushaba took me through the financing and purchase mechanisms, and Luke Higley and John Sciaca provided authoritative guidance. I got the car I wanted at better than the price I had hoped for with one visit to the dealership, some Web correspondence and some phone calls. These folks met and exceeded my expectations. Until buying my car from Brattleboro Subaru I thought of going to car dealers as appealing as going to the dentist.I kept waiting for something to go wrong--have never visited or worked with a car dealer wh going to car dealers as appealing as going to the dentist.I kept waiting for something to go wrong--have never visited or worked with a car dealer where everyone has been so helpful and knowledgeable; and not at all hard sell. They have an amazing inventory, had imprezzas when none of our area dealers did. Mike, Jason, Luke and Nizam were great. It was worth driving fours hour to get our new car from them. I find their friendly, family-like friendship is sincere, and I trust that they truly are working to create a satisfying agreement for us both. They've surprised me with the quality if their work and extent to which they have made deals in my favor. I am honestly very happy with this dealership and will continue to work with them. Finally, I discovered the values of this dealership go beyond the shop floor and closing a deal. There is a strong commitment to this community, not well known by area residents, that has made a big difference for some very specific populations. More
