Jasmine & Jaylen were helpful in getting a video of the vehicle to me shortly after inquiring. This purchase was done out of state and the vehicle was shipped to me, so I understand that things may not go vehicle to me shortly after inquiring. This purchase was done out of state and the vehicle was shipped to me, so I understand that things may not go as smoothly as in person. However, there seemed to be too many things. I was not called when a time was set for a phone call, and I made arrangements to put this time aside for a phone call…which then delayed the purchase. The down payment was done in 2 payments. The second payment of the remaining balance was wrong, and I had to call to get it corrected so that we didn’t finance more than we planned to finance. I didn’t receive the paperwork in the vehicle as stated. I received the vehicle without a temporary tag, and therefore could not drive the vehicle upon arrival. More

Beware of this dealership and their advertised pricing. They will add a $3500 “reconditioning fee” to the price of the vehicle. They did not even change the oil. It’s a rip off. Dealer inflated pricing on stale vehicle, customer research across all KBB, Cars, edmunds, and local dealers was not considered. Received call stating intent to meet customer OTD#. Saleman Randle was helpful and not a problem in this scenario. Posted vehicle $30,399. First offer $36k. Me not knowing all the ins and outs of dealership fees, I assumed the additional $6k was the scenario. Posted vehicle $30,399. First offer $36k. Me not knowing all the ins and outs of dealership fees, I assumed the additional $6k was the standard TTL fees. It wasn't! They adjusted the vehicle purchase price to fit their profit margin, after they get a number you are happy with. I told them I would like to be closer to 35k, still thinking the fees was what increased the OTD price. Come to find out TTL was only $2600 but they increased my posted price to $33007 so what I saw was the $35k we talked about. In reality I should have been closer to $32,800 OTD. They tried to justify this by saying the vehicle has been on the market for 90+ days and they were in the hole almost 5k. Sorry, not my problem. All I asked for was a FAIR offer based on THEIR number and taxes. The original $30,399 + TTL (approx. $2600). I even offered $33,500 but after Five hours, I walked out without making a deal. Watch out for these sales tactics. Buyers Beware! More

Terrible customer service. They refused to purchase or provide a second key fob. When asked about the $2400 service charge that is to be used for any and all maintenance or ite They refused to purchase or provide a second key fob. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to any one else. They also advertised the vehicle used with 10,000 miles. When purchased it had 12,000. They had no explanation on why. More
