OK Service My service experiences have been good, but not great. The work done is spot on and reasonably priced. The reps could have better customer service skil My service experiences have been good, but not great. The work done is spot on and reasonably priced. The reps could have better customer service skills. I had a rep say, “I don’t make the rules.” That’s the last thing a customer wants to hear. It would be nice if customers could make appointments, so they don’t have to wait 2 hours for an oil change. More

Saw an inaccurate charge from Tynans The Express agent was able to get me to the supervisor Jason quickly. Jason was able to review all posted transactions and assist immediately. Service was explained in detail and some additional service was needed and I was called a Service was quick and excellent work was done on my vehicle. Service was explained in detail and some additional service was needed and I was called and texted immediately to discuss for the approvals. There were even a discount coupon I was able to apply to my service charge. Luke was very professional and friendly. I felt very comfortable here and will return to have my other Nissan serviced here as well. I recently move to Colorado and this was a great experience for a first time customer to this dealership.
