This is our 2nd purchase with Luis with also buying another Sorento in June of 2024. Luis is easy to work with. He makes the whole process easy to understand and fun. As always with Royal Kia, I felt like a king. My wife and I purchased a 2025 K4 for her, and the 2025 Sorento for myself. The sales team never disappoints when it comes to service and making sure My wife and I purchased a 2025 K4 for her, and the 2025 Sorento for myself. The sales team never disappoints when it comes to service and making sure everything is understood. I picked up the Sorento after work on my birthday, and there was a giant bite on the car, a card on the console, and a very nice water bottle in the cup holder. I felt like family. If you're looking to buy a new, or even used car, I strongly suggest going to Royal. I promise you won't be disappointed. More
