Sales manager is unprofessional. After a long negotiation and finally reached an agreement, he came back with his final proposal of way above the agreed price. He claimed that he made a mistake but it was very obvious that there was malicious intent of deceit on his part. He finally gave a revised proposal with the price which was actually $225+, lower than agreed price. He may have forgotten that he previously charged us for the registration. We were told the finance charge was 3.9% for new car but when we meet with the finance manager, it was 7,9%, even with a high credit score. It was a stressful, 5 long hrs of negotiation and experience, but finally bought the car. More

Excellent experience with our Sales Rep. ..until we test drove our Honda CRV. We heard an annoying loud rattling noise coming from behind the glove box. Sales Rep told us he'd have service in ..until we test drove our Honda CRV. We heard an annoying loud rattling noise coming from behind the glove box. Sales Rep told us he'd have service investigate and correct the issue. Service refused to correct the issue. Also, Back seat does not collapse. All they offered was a $25 Visa Card. Why would a reputable car dealership sell a car with these issues knowing that they run it through an inspection and test drive? More

Fernando was good to work with during the negotiation process. Shaw was our person we worked with in finance. Our interest rate we were quoted at the start with Shaw was 7.99%, he told us if we add on so process. Shaw was our person we worked with in finance. Our interest rate we were quoted at the start with Shaw was 7.99%, he told us if we add on some of these General Dealer Warranty (GDW)products we would get a lower rate and they could be cancelled at any time just by calling GDW. I contacted GDW and was told they couldn’t cancel the policies the dealer has to cancel them. I then contacted Fernando and he said someone from finance would call me before the end of the day. I didn’t get a call back. After a week of waiting I went to the dealership and meet with Shaw and he said he would have to fill out the paperwork and then I would have to come back in to sign them. Another week went by and still nothing. Finally I sent a message to the GM Sam Raabe. A few hours later I received a call from Eddie Juica the finance manager. He got all but one of the GDW policies cancelled, he said one couldn’t be cancelled even though we were told they all could be cancelled. Anyone reading this my opinion is don’t trust anything they say in the finance department. I also do not recommend this dealership. More
