I was in need of a vehicle and shopped around trying to not only find a great deal but a great overall experience. Craig was outstanding! He was patient and helped me to find the best deal. He pointed me towards an Electric Vehicle, and stated it may be a suitable option for me. I will admit at first I was skeptical, but I am actually satisfied with my decision. I never thought about an EV but Craig with the help of his coworker Omar R. eased my concerns. They both walked me through all that I needed to know about the car. I am very happy with my experience at Mcdonough Hyundai. The sales associates, finanace department are all top notch. I would highly recommend this dealership. Thanks again to Craig and Omar for giving me a five star experience. More

Fuy hacer un cambio de aceite el segundo de hecho a mi carro nuevo, 2023 que fue comprado en este mismo dealer. Saliendo del taller con una llanta flat y al día siguiente me doy cuenta que estaba votando carro nuevo, 2023 que fue comprado en este mismo dealer. Saliendo del taller con una llanta flat y al día siguiente me doy cuenta que estaba votando aceite por toda la parte de abajo desde el primer cambio de aceite informé que la puerta del conductor tenia un daño de factory que si me podían agendar una cita para ver que era, no me ayduaron y este último pedi lo mismo y me estaban acusando de que habia chocado el carro, al sol de hoy ya le envié el correo al Service Manager Luis Romero con un video donde enseña lo que le pasa a la puerta y no me responden. Fatal la próxima vez me dejaran sin motor.. Pésimo... More
