We stopped going to another Toyota Rivera for his commitment to customer satisfaction. Luis is the reason we keep coming back to Conicelli Toyota. We stopped going to another Toyota Dealership many years back because they were taking advantage of us. TRUST is very important to my wife and I and we know we can trust Luis to do what it right for us, the Customer. I’ve been buying cars from Conicelli since the mid 1980’s. They are always easy to deal with, courteous and professional. Paul Smith is my favorite salesman! I’ve been using him for over 20 years! 1980’s. They are always easy to deal with, courteous and professional. Paul Smith is my favorite salesman! I’ve been using him for over 20 years! He is low key, easygoing, funny and makes the process relatively painless. He is not aggressive or pushy and treats you very well. I’d strongly recommend Conicelli Toyota (and Paul Smith) for one’s future car purchase. More

Long after my affiliation w/Conshohocken ended, I traveled the 20 miles to Conicelli for service. Thirteen of those years were simply because I had found in Luis Rivera a person of integrity, compete traveled the 20 miles to Conicelli for service. Thirteen of those years were simply because I had found in Luis Rivera a person of integrity, competence and personal interest in his customers. Always doing his best to clearly explain a need for service and accomodate my need to wait until service was completed. Luis epitomizes the slogan "Conicelli is a nice place to do business." Mr. Monteleone … Mr. Mabey … I would like to relay my Thanks and Appreciation for Luis Rivera, and most especially, Luis' commitment to customer satisfaction. Whenever we bring our Toyota’s in for ser Thanks and Appreciation for Luis Rivera, and most especially, Luis' commitment to customer satisfaction. Whenever we bring our Toyota’s in for service and/or repairs, I am confident knowing that Luis is keeping an eye on things. Luis is as good as they come … he is a great person. When it comes to car repairs … TRUST is very important to me. Luis has earned our trust over and over through the years … including today when one of the service items I planned on having done Luis said wasn’t needed yet … thus saving us money. I would imagine that Trust is at the top of the list of traits most important to your customers. Car repairs can be very expensive and people are struggling to get by. As a customer, we are relying on the honesty and integrity not only of the Conicelli Dealership, but of the Service Advisors and Service Technicians as well. We cannot see what is going on while a diagnosis and repairs are being made – we are relying on your Team (Service Advisors and Technicians) to give us honest and truthful feedback and solutions. Luis was our first Service Advisor at Conicelli and continues to be our Advisor today even though he is the Asst. Service Mgr. Luis goes the 'extra mile' to make sure there is Trust with what needs to be done … and that we are satisfied with the work once it has been done.
