Did not address any of my concerns. First, the vehicle has jerking transmission at low RPM's at constant speeds, at initial acceleration, and at low-speed deceleration. Got the standard, "the technician test drove the vehicle and meets specifications and found no issues." What a surprise. Second, they refused to permanently disable the annoying Istop function which according to the Mazda owner's documentation is able to be done by certified Mazda technicians. The only work that was performed was easy and standard oil change and a tire rotation which took nearly 3 hours to complete even with a pre-scheduled appointment. More
