Bought a new Frontier ProX crew cab with convenience package and traded in a car. Going on three weeks and car still hasn't been paid off at my bank. Truck came with the utili trak system which should h package and traded in a car. Going on three weeks and car still hasn't been paid off at my bank. Truck came with the utili trak system which should have included two tie down cleats. They were not in the vehicle. Dealership setup my Nissan connect using the wrong email address, not the one I provided them. Consequently I received this email for the rating at the wrong email address. After going in and creating the account on my own with the correct email address I still cannot get the Nissan connect app to work. I was told by customer support that my truck would have to be taken to a dealership to have the radio reprogrammed because the TCU number was missing. Why wasn't this done before I took delivery. The salesman I dealt with wasn't available on the day that I took delivery. After dealing with finance was basically handed the keys and told have a nice day. Have had several conversations with the salesman and was promised all issues would be taken care of. Nothing has been done. This is my 6th Nissan from three different dealerships by far the worst experience yet. More
