Excellent experience - easy long distance purchase I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Maserati/Aston Martin of Charlotte. I am located in New York and was anxious about purchasing a vehicle from 700 I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Maserati/Aston Martin of Charlotte. I am located in New York and was anxious about purchasing a vehicle from 700 miles away. I called and spoke with James Manfredi (my salesman) about the vehicle and he was very upfront and honest about the vehicle condition, known history, and where the dealership stood on pricing. I also was called by the general sales manager Donnie and he too was very honest and reasonable in discussing the vehicle. My concerns of a long distance transaction quickly melted away and within less than a week from first contacting the dealership I flew into Charlotte, James picked me up from the airport personally, I reviewed the vehicle, finalized the purchase with finance manager Luis, and I drove the vehicle home to NY all within the same day. They had the vehicle detailed, fueled, and ready to go for my return road trip upon my arrival in Charlotte. They made the entire purchase experience easy. I highly recommend this dealership. These gentlemen were a real pleasure to buy a vehicle from! More
