I recently purchased a 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia Ti Sport from the great folks at Foreign Cars Charlotte. Kostas met me outside as I was "kicking tires." He introduced himself answered my initial questions and then gave me some space to explore a little on my own - which is exactly what I wanted. He checked on me a couple times, always courteous and professional, never pushy. When I had more questions he was there with the answer. He was very knowledgeable about the Alfa brand - and others on the lot. Luis in Finance was also helpful and a pro. And on my return visit for the first car wash, Sal, who got the ball rolling online with me, made a point of coming by and introducing himself. All in all, a great experience. Thanks Kostas and team. I purchased a CPO Bentley GTC only to find out the warranty was never Extremely Disappointed, I cannot believe this place is an actual Bentley dealer. I purchased a CPO Bentley GTC only to find out the warranty was never put in place properly so now I cannot have any warranty claims on my "CPO vehicle" because they entered incorrectly in the Bentley system. My whole Out of State purchase was a complete mess and disaster from the begging, the service leaves a lot to be desired. I suggest you take your business elsewhere. More
