Professionalism at its best. I was alerted with regards to a pre-owned vehicle by one of the automotive advertisement sites. I contacted the dealership, since the staff was busy w I was alerted with regards to a pre-owned vehicle by one of the automotive advertisement sites. I contacted the dealership, since the staff was busy with other clients the call was forwarded to Bob the General Manager to assist. (Impressive). Bob spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me discussing the car, and then transferred me to John Manfredi to show me the car via Facetime. John showed me the car, answered questions, researched the questions he did not have the answers to, got back to me promptly, we negotiated the price and made agreement on a fair number. I flew in from out of state, John picked me up at the airport, we arrived at the dealership, the car was fully serviced, fueled, detailed, and ready to go. Luis was efficient, had all documents ready, and was very professional. Perhaps the best car buying experience I have ever had. The level of client care, and service that all should aspire to. A big thank you to all. More
