I like GMC a lot that’s why this is my second truck from your dealership at GMC Buena Park. I purchased the service package to make sure that my vehicle maintenance will be attended correctly and efficie your dealership at GMC Buena Park. I purchased the service package to make sure that my vehicle maintenance will be attended correctly and efficiently. However, for last two services, two things happened when I picked up my truck. First, the Lug Nut Key was missing. I only get to recover it after I asked the Service Advisor, Jose Campos. Secondly, the Center Caps on all 4 wheels were all damage which happened also on the previous service. Honestly, my experience with GMC Buena Park service center was unbelievably disappointing. 1.
