My initial sales experience was perfect. I went in for a Prius. Although they were unable to hold the vehicle for me for two days, they remained in contact with me to let me know the vehicl I went in for a Prius. Although they were unable to hold the vehicle for me for two days, they remained in contact with me to let me know the vehicle was still on the lot the day I was to come in. Prior to that, I worked out the final price via text. Doing my due diligence, I built a vehicle on the Hendrickson website and the offer came back to me at 5.99% interest (so I printed that out). Marianela was great when we arrived. The finance specialist, well, we were at a car dealer. He initially told me that my interest rate was not attainable and I showed him the email showing Al Hendrickson's offer to me. He dilly dallied a bit and 40 minutes later plugged in the interest of 5.99% into SE Toyota Financing and it was fine. I get trying to squeeze the customer for 10 minutes but this wasted my time. I left my down payment of $4000 on my credit card and signed the receipt. The CC statement showed a CC surcharge which was not disclosed to me totalling $4120. Not such a bit deal but against the law nonetheless for not disclosing this. I did call and was told that I would receive a call back but it never came. Well, I live far enough away and my service is elsewhere and I own the car so don't necessarily have to deal with it again. Regardless, It was a good experience and the sales people were lovely.
