I purchased a new car from Gettel more than a year ago. At the time, they were only able to provide one key. Prior to my last service, in January 2024, I was told that my key was available. However, after At the time, they were only able to provide one key. Prior to my last service, in January 2024, I was told that my key was available. However, after my oil change, etc., they didn't have time to program it that day. So, I returned last week for it to be programmed. Luis took my car back to the service center. A little over an hour later, he returned to tell me that they were short-staffed, and it would likely be two more hours before my key was ready. I had an appointment I had to get to, so I asked for my car and left without the key for the second time. Luis was very professional and polite, but the service center has failed twice now. More
