Carlos was very professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable about the car we wanted, hybrid vs non-hybrid. Jonathan, the insurance agent on site, reviewed our current auto insurance coverage and suggested 2 changes that we agreed with. We already had excellent coverage but his suggestions brought our annual premium down $15 a year and that is going from a 2012 Rav4 Limited to a 2025 CR-V EX-L. We did have a problem on our paperwork that we did not catch until after we got home. We saw the GSM, Andy, the next day. He and Luis, the finance manager, were very professional and promptly corrected everything to our satisfaction. Overall, every team member that we came in contact was friendly and helping. We would not hesitate to purchase from Clark-Knapp Honda again. More
