He did a lot of negotiating with the sales reps and also finance manager Rose. He is please to say that Both Rose and Luis Calvo were very patient and understanding with his concerns. They work with him and agree upon the purchase and complied with the issues my father was addressing. I would recommend this dealer to others but especially these two individuals who should be acknowledge for their customer courtesy More

Don't buy from here if you're an out of state deal. Heck, I Short version - Don't buy from here if you're an out of state deal. Heck, I wouldn't buy used if you're an in-state deal either. I'm going to keep Short version - Don't buy from here if you're an out of state deal. Heck, I wouldn't buy used if you're an in-state deal either. I'm going to keep this review semi-short with the facts. Worst buying experience, and coming to light right now -- horrible service department. We were an out-of-state (VT) deal and purchased a 2017 Ford Raptor from Sayville Ford on October 19th. Truck was branded as "Mint' and "Perfect" but after our 4-hour drive, we arrive and there were many paint defects including a large long scratch on the rear tailgate. Complained and they gobbed some paint-pen on the bigger defects and scratch. We arrived early thanks to traffic. Started thinking we could get out of there early as well -- No. Left an hour and a half or more after our appointment time. Appointment time was 2 hours after our arrival time. I almost feel as if our time was dragged out because we weren't utilizing in-house financing or taking the bait for any of the financing extras. The finance guy was very pushy and rude. Apparently I had elected to let the dealership handle our Vermont tax/title/registration, even though we had repeatedly requested to handle it ourselves. This resulted in a fairly heated situation with the finance department as they had tacked on over $600 to the deal. (We came with exact amounts per the buyer's order with a little allowance.) The only saving grace was, after probably a half hour of fighting (almost literally), they had taken off some of their additional charges and I got some extra gas. I literally had to walk out of the finance office and hunt down the manager to get there, though, as the finance manager refused to be of any help here. After the sale, we get back home, and some time passes. I call to inquire about our registration/plate transfer (we have a vanity plate) and get the phone run-around. Eventually get through to a "DMV biller" and many days later, learn that they did not transfer our plate -- they submitted it as a new registration. Almost two months later and the new registration plates arrive. More time and money to get our plates transferred at the VT DMV (This is small potatoes compared to what's coming up next, though.) Fast forward a few months to now. Truck has a burning smell. Great, we'll get it checked out at the next oil change as it was due really soon. Then the horror unfolds after accelerating from a toll on the highway -- low oil pressure warning, limp mode, etc. Restarted the truck, oil pressure comes back but it's in limp mode. Limp mode goes away over time but a few days later we repeat so I take it to our local Vermont dealership. Vermont dealership indicates that the truck had some extensive engine work done at the previous dealership (cam phasers, etc) and is indicating that almost everything touched under that repair is leaking in some way, either oil or otherwise. Now we're in limbo while our local dealership determines if Ford will allow them (VT dealer) to repair, or if I have to take it back to these clowns for poor workmanship -- over 4 hours away. This was the final straw and why I'm writing this review. If you're buying out of state, avoid this place. I've had better experiences with sketchy small-time buy-here-pay-here places. Truly an experience I'll never forget. With my truck sitting at our local dealer, probably an experience my wallet with never forget as well. If Ford denies our local dealership, I'm going to get a second opinion elsewhere. If their findings are the same, I'll upload detailed documentation and photos to this review. More
