These people are very unresponsive despite me texting, calling, and submitting inquiries via the Greenway Kia East website attempting to get some resolution. They are untrustworthy and have poor customer calling, and submitting inquiries via the Greenway Kia East website attempting to get some resolution. They are untrustworthy and have poor customer service skills overall. They ran my credit under false pretenses- promising specific lease terms - and then after, telling me that the salesperson was confused, and the price would be higher than quoted. I was misled into giving them access to my credit file and to date, they have not tried to remedy their mistakes. More

Everyone worked very hard to get me the best deal on the car I wanted. Simon was especially helpful. He walked me around the lots to find just what I was looking for. We came to Greenway Kia East with a bit of an unusual and complex deal we wanted to do. I wish I could be writing a very different review right now, as our initial experience with the dealership was great, but when there was an issue that I tried to call about the next day, I have been entire now, as our initial experience with the dealership was great, but when there was an issue that I tried to call about the next day, I have been entirely unable to speak with anyone. I have called AT LEAST 20 times in the last two weeks attempting to speak with anyone at the dealership and one of three things happen, they assure me someone will call me back - which I have never received a single call back, they forward me to a manager voicemail that is full and unable to leave a message so I am disconnected, or they place me on hold so long my call is dropped. We spent tens of thousands of dollars on a car and they don’t even have 5 minutes to speak with me concerning an issue with the car. So disappointing, would not recommend this dealership at all if you are looking for any sort of support and certainly have no faith in taking my car there for future service needs either. More
