This situation is beyond belief. Despite assurances of contact, it has now been four months, and not a single call has come through from [Dealership Name]. Meanwhile, my son is force Despite assurances of contact, it has now been four months, and not a single call has come through from [Dealership Name]. Meanwhile, my son is forced to drive a car without inspection, putting his safety at risk. This level of neglect is utterly appalling. It's no laughing matter; it's downright disgusting. Urgent Warning: A Dealership Unworthy of Any Star Rating! Despite assurances of resolution and a promised call back, it has now been four months with no response or action taken by the dealership. Despite leaving multiple messages, it appears that our concerns have been disregarded entirely. As a result, we are left in the unfortunate position of continuing to drive our vehicle without the necessary inspection. Avoid This Dealership at All Costs! I feel compelled to share a nightmarish experience we've had with this dealership, and I strongly urge everyone to steer clear of it. Our new car is grappling with a straightforward issue – it REFUSES TO PASS INSPECTION. Despite being well within the warranty period, the service department shockingly demanded $800 for diagnostics and a four-hour drive just to identify the problem. Their assurance to fix the car afterward leaves us skeptical. Our attempts to address the issue directly with the dealership have been met with outright hostility. The manager went so far as to ask us to leave or threatened to call the police, insisting they can't assist with the car troubles. They consistently deflect responsibility, claiming the problem lies with their service department. Even after reaching out to Brian, our original salesperson, who has now transitioned to a finance role, he appears to be distancing himself, pretending not to know us and disavowing any connection to the car we purchased through him and Ludwin Rosa, the manager who initially promised to help us pass inspection, our calls have gone unanswered. Ludwin Rosa, purportedly too busy to respond, has left us in the dark despite multiple attempts, including emails. In a desperate attempt to pass inspection, we opted for an oil change, hoping it might alleviate the issue. Unfortunately, our $150 investment only unveiled an additional $2500 in necessary repairs. Undeterred, we proceeded with the inspection this morning, only to have the car fail once again. This ordeal has persisted for over a year, characterized by ten unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue. In stark contrast, our three older Honda cars from a different dealership have never given us a single problem. The complete disregard for customer concerns displayed by this dealership is utterly unacceptable. Spare yourself the headache and look for a dealership that genuinely values its customers and stands unwaveringly behind its products. As someone who has purchased numerous cars, including a Honda Odyssey in 2007 that I still drive, this experience has been an unprecedented letdown. Update 2/21/2024: Despite our attempts to contact them, there has been no response from the establishment regarding the ongoing issue. My son is still driving his Hyundai Elantra 2019 without proper registration. It's disheartening that this dealership has shown no effort to resolve the matter or display concern for the situation. There are other dealer services that prioritize customer care. I advise avoiding this place and resolving the issue independently to avoid unnecessary headaches. More

The service department is the most expensive on the planet. My check engine light went on and they charge $410.00 to check it out. They charge $145.00 for an oil change. This is my second Hyundai Santa planet. My check engine light went on and they charge $410.00 to check it out. They charge $145.00 for an oil change. Verry, verry, bad experience at this dealership. Rude, thieving people. If you decide to use this dealership, be very careful. Make sure you read EVERYTHING on the contract before you sign. Don't le Rude, thieving people. If you decide to use this dealership, be very careful. Make sure you read EVERYTHING on the contract before you sign. Don't let that finance manager use is thieving tactics on you. They are really good at it. After all, its their job. I was lulled into a friendly atmosphere, offered coffee, jokes, then got stabbed in the back. After complaining about the treatment I suffered, the General Manager called me a little xxxx right in the showroom and in front of customer and other employees. Costumers actually got up and left from being uncomfortable watching what this dealership did to me. I tried to wright a review for this place, and my access was denied. Imagine that? This car was so overpriced, I threatened to call the Better Business Burau and that finance manager offered me $4000. 00 to, as he said, "make this go away." This review has been posted on someone else's computer because my access to the website was denied. Low-life car dealers work at Paramus Hyundai, go someplace else. Good luck. More

This review had to be written on a friends computer because when I went to their website, Paramus Hyundai denied my access and does not want to to post a review. The very worst dealership in New Jersey because when I went to their website, Paramus Hyundai denied my access and does not want to to post a review. The very worst dealership in New Jersey. Thieves and unprofessional people work there. The finance manager took advantage of an old man and publicly humiliated me. I never bought a car before and was naïve about the tactics of car dealers. I bought a car, tricked into signing, and wound up paying $12,000.00 over list price. Not a typo, 12,000.00 over list. When I asked the General manager to show me the the extras from the contract that added up to $12,000.00 over list, he told me to see the finance manager. When I explained I lost trust in this man for over charging me 12,000.00 over list and would like to talk to someone else, the General manager, in front of other costumers and employees then called me "a little sh8t." I was embarrassed and humiliated and still bothered by such treatment. Even subtraction dealers fees, taxes, and interest, only came to $3000.00 but still $9,000.00 over list. I insisted of being shown how I paid $12,000.00 over list till the finance manager offered me $4000.00 to as he said, "make this go away. I would have agreed, but I would have to sign now, but get paid in six weeks. I said, pay me now, and yes, this will go away, but wouldn't' do that. Also, the name the finance manager used, was really not his name. Why? This place is full of liars and thieves with no soul. Even cooperate wouldn't even take my call after I told them the story. I am calling the tax fraud number because of the fake name. Who knows, that finance manager might be holding back taxes. This is not over, lawyers are involved now. I know I wont get money back, but I want people to know so it may not happen to them. I will be writing reviews about Paramus Hyundai on many other computers, because as I said, my access is denied because this dealership does not want this kind of story out. Also, when I do get to read other reviews, its always the same thing. Thieve, liars, and terribly professionalism. this is actually the short version of this story, but like I said, a had to use a friends computer and I don't want to abuse the time. More

I was sold a car oct 31, 2019, and it has had constant issues 45 days after purchase. The car is now non drivable at 10 months after purchase. I made numerous attempts to contact the dealership to speak w issues 45 days after purchase. The car is now non drivable at 10 months after purchase. I made numerous attempts to contact the dealership to speak with the general manager, Rocco, along with the salesperson, who continue to not make it right. In fact, the general manager blamed my “husband or child” as to why the car was not functioning. I was told there was a manufacturer warranty at time of purchase and there is NONE!!! It’s fraud to claim their is a manufacturers warranty when there was none to begin with. I am NOT pleased and I do not recommend dealing with this place of business. ITs called dirty business. More
