Every time I come in for service. The atmosphere is awesome everyone greets you and makes sure you’re taken care of. Whenever there are issues they will let you know right away. Lucky has been awesome every time I come in, his customer service, his work ethic is excellent. He’s been there for over 5 years and still a great person and a great employee to have. I am very satisfied with the workers at Honda North, Danvers. Lucky Chan and Allison in the Service Department are a great team. My gas cap could not open. The cable to the gas cap needed replacement Danvers. Lucky Chan and Allison in the Service Department are a great team. My gas cap could not open. The cable to the gas cap needed replacement. Lucky Chan had come to my house to test the problem. When he knew what was wrong, he telephoned Allison to order the part. He drove my car to be repaired. On his way to the shop he picked up the part. He told me it would be fixed the next day. When it was fixed, he telephoned me and asked me if I wanted to have a registration sticker renewed. He also told me what needed to be done for the winter so I would not have to be coming back and forth to the shop. I am elderly and find that a big inconvenience. He brought back my car with another driver helping him so they could get back to the shop. The car was clean and full of gas when it was brought back. I have never experienced such great service! I will go there for all my services. More
