I got my car inspected at bmw and I went to pick up my car a few days later at 6pm prior to closing . The staff could not access my keys I was upset but the manager Lucious was able to assist and contact car a few days later at 6pm prior to closing . The staff could not access my keys I was upset but the manager Lucious was able to assist and contact staff to provide my keys. I am rarely a difficult customer But when I am I appreciate workers like Lucious who have the ability to provide solutions when dealing with a difficult problems. & not like other judge mental staff who look the other way when they can assist! Again I Thank you 😊 for all you do! And thank you will Fernandez as well ! More
