I brought my truck in for a recall, and then a few weeks later for a warranty issue. Both times I was helped very well by Shayla And on The days she couldn’t be there, The support from other workers was als later for a warranty issue. I rarely had a problem. .. if so it's always taken care of, but the last visit surprised me. I put my car In for service-{code issues & recall notice} with Lucia which was ve .. if so it's always taken care of, but the last visit surprised me. I put my car In for service-{code issues & recall notice} with Lucia which was very nice. Later that evening I called it was about 5pm, because I hadn't received a call, So I called the service department, it was Lucia she said I was about to call you. I need you to fill out application for a rental, she said by entering the codes in my car it exploded the air bags in my car. I was not happy!! The next day I called Denise, and told her the situation about bags exploding in my car, and I did not want THAT car back, she understood, and started to work her magic. She made it happen with the help of Sean they were AMAZEING to turn an unhappy smile too a BIG smile.you guys were great. More

I had no appointment to drop my vehicle off in the morning for a simple oil change. The service advisor was very clear communicator. We ended up doing a lot more work same day and was able to get my v morning for a simple oil change. The service advisor was very clear communicator.
