Unfortunately we had to walk away from our first experience, after 5 hours. We had a big deference in the price we agreed to and the loan amount. We had a difference of over $10,000. Rex could experience, after 5 hours. We had a big deference in the price we agreed to and the loan amount. We had a difference of over $10,000. Rex could not see what we were trying to point out, about the deference. After over an hour we left. I received an email from Jefferey on Saturday afternoon, he stated he would check into our agreement, within 45 minutes we agreed on the price and agreed to come in late Saturday, and purchased the Tucson. Lucas spent 4 hours getting our car ready to go. Some of the ratings are based on our 1st time not the 2nd time which was a much better experience of car buying. More
