People generally hate going to car dealerships but the clearly have not been to Flood. I had such an excellent buying experience at Flood - I never felt like I was not getting a good honest deal. I recently bought a new Mazda CX-5 at Flood Mazda. My first contact was a phone call with Jason Palmer. Jason clearly understood what I was looking for in a new car and set up a time for me to come My first contact was a phone call with Jason Palmer. Jason clearly understood what I was looking for in a new car and set up a time for me to come to the dealership to test drive some vehicles. It was easy to tell how much Jason likes people and he was a great listener when it came to me explaining my needs and wants. He was there to greet my husband and I when we arrived at the dealership and then introduced us to Lucas Segura in Sales who shepherded us through the selection and sales process. Lucas is a bright and personable young man and a joy to work with. He accommodated every one of my requests which made the final agreement extremely easy and fair. Finally Cody Harvey, the finance director, made the purchase and loan process one of the easiest I ever experienced. All in all, Flood Mazda made my new car purchase a joy. Thank you! More
