You messed up again. I came in to get the oil change I had asked for weeks earlier but did not get AND to have the tire pressure warning light turned off. They were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond when a warranty issue required next day arrival of the needed part. Without my asking they gave me a loaner car to drive about 80 miles to where we l when a warranty issue required next day arrival of the needed part. We bought our 2024 Ascent from Sunset knowing that they had repaired hail damage. Before we took delivery they discovered that the hail had damage the glass of the sunroof and replaced the glass. I probably would not have known about the sunroof damage until much later. That kind of thoroughness and honesty is quite remarkable. I have bought a few new vehicles in the past but I have never had such great service.d More

Took three visits to have my issue resolved.
