I brought my truck in for a tune up and front end check. Upon picking up my truck the drivers door handle was damaged and I was quoted the repair for front suspension parts. I was told they would not repair the damaged door handle until the store manager reached out to me a week later. They agreed to fix the door handle and I approved the suspension quote. They told me if I dropped it off Thursday morning it would be done by the end of the day Friday. I was then called on Friday and told the truck wouldn’t be done until Saturday morning which then turned into Saturday afternoon. When I picked up the truck this time I was charged $700 more dollars then the original quote. More

They don't deserve 1 star. These people are crazy Lucus the service manager treats customers like the are beneath him. I took it back to them after getting a diagnostic through another auto shop (didn't connect the sensor) Lucas refused to repair my vehicle that is under warrenty told me to take it somewhere else.
