I brought my truck in for a tune up and front end check. Upon picking up my truck the drivers door handle was damaged and I was quoted the repair for front suspension parts. I was told they would not repair Upon picking up my truck the drivers door handle was damaged and I was quoted the repair for front suspension parts. I was told they would not repair the damaged door handle until the store manager reached out to me a week later. They agreed to fix the door handle and I approved the suspension quote. They told me if I dropped it off Thursday morning it would be done by the end of the day Friday. I was then called on Friday and told the truck wouldn’t be done until Saturday morning which then turned into Saturday afternoon. When I picked up the truck this time I was charged $700 more dollars then the original quote. More

Had the truck for over a month, spent 4K and the original issues still exist, or the issues found to be "Not able to duplicate" are still duplicating just fine for me...this service department is a JOKE... v issues still exist, or the issues found to be "Not able to duplicate" are still duplicating just fine for me...this service department is a JOKE... voiced my opinions and discontent of the situation clearly before I left and not a single option was offered or suggested for possible resolution.
