This use to be good dealership, not anymore. My vehicle had an issue that was under warranty and one that was not. When the parts came in I left the vehicle. The maintenance department said it would take all day. Seven days later they said it was done. I asked about the non-warranty issue and they had forgotten to address it. It took them two days to adjust the parking brake. Meanwhile I had to leave town and Berlin City said we will “deliver your car to your house while you’re gone”. Great! The delivery driver left my passenger window open and it rained in my vehicle! Of course it was a weekend when I returned home to this and the maintenance department is not available. It took 4 days of pulling up the carpet and putting fans on it myself to dry it out. I contacted Berlin’s maintenance department on Monday and of course “the maintenance manager is busy, but we’ll get him the message”. The manager never contacted me. Unfortunately Berlin City owns the two closest dealerships to me. I think a local hack repair shop could do a better job. More

Bought a brand new Honda civic 2025. A couple of months go by and as winter ends I notice the AC doesn’t work. I bring it in, they say it wasn’t charged. They charge it, great and tim A couple of months go by and as winter ends I notice the AC doesn’t work. I bring it in, they say it wasn’t charged. They charge it, great and timely experience. A couple months go by, the AC stops working again. I bring it back, they find there’s a leak. No big deal, they’ll have the part they need the next day. I bring it back and drop it off in the morning. That afternoon I’m informed that they have the wrong part. They need to re-order it and it will take “a couple of days.” But they don’t reschedule anything because they’ll “let me know when it comes in.” One thing I didn’t mention is that it is by far the hottest day of the year (104°F) and both the fan and AC only blow the hottest air the car is able to make. I’m told by both sales and the service manager that there’s nothing they can do. No loaners, no part to fix the BRAND NEW car. In the current heat, driving with no airflow from the car, just the windows down will make you sweat like never before. Unsafe, yet nothing they can do. If you get the chance, don’t buy from here. Also, as a bonus Joe Thibodeau chuckled at me multiple times during my phone call trying to find a solution to driving around a greenhouse before hanging up on me while I was speaking. More
