I was told they need to error display on my dashboard. If that is true why the $200.00 charge. You might of replaced the part and gave quality service, but l feel like l was scammed in a way. I picked your place of service because your company supports the community. I just left uneasy and a feeling mistrust, sorry just how l feel. You are not bed people l just think bad processes. I can’t shake the feeling that something suspicious is
going on in the service department. I recently bought a set of four new tires and asked them to save the two good tires from the old set, which only

I recently bought a set of four new tires and asked them to save the two good tires from the old set, which only had 12,000 miles on them, and place them in the back of my vehicle. Instead, they claimed the scrappers took them before they had the chance. However, the scrappers don’t seem to take anything else from the dealership, like tools or other items, so it doesn’t add up. Later that evening, I received a text from Lucas saying they had found the two bad tires and asked if I wanted them back. Something just doesn’t make sense.
