The Service Department has always been the best part of this dealership. There have been several excellent Service Advisors, but they don't seem to last very long. The constant turnover makes me wonder wha this dealership. There have been several excellent Service Advisors, but they don't seem to last very long. The constant turnover makes me wonder what the problem is. Lucas England does an outstanding job, in spite of the fact that he seems to be the only Advisor left. I think he deserves a healthy raise.
