After agonizing months waiting for our car to be built and shipped, we finally took delivery yesterday. What a fantastic car! Other than the nail biting waiting, the entire sales process was perfect. Literally 90 minutes to get the car review with Lucas and the paperwork processed by Victoria and I was heading out with the new car. Lucas was super responsive whenever I had any questions and super knowledgable on the new HORNET!!!! Victoria was super friendly and efficient with the paperwork and signing and explained everything great. Also, a big thanks to Tom who worked some nice numbers up for us. After a terrible experience at another dealer, I found a car here and came to see it first thing the next day. The sales person, Lucas, had the car waiting for me and took me on a test drive. We got back to car here and came to see it first thing the next day. The sales person, Lucas, had the car waiting for me and took me on a test drive. We got back to the office, he asked a couple questions and then got me a price which was fair. I worked with him and Victoria to get all the paperwork finalized, and had the transaction completed in 30 minutes. I went to grab lunch while they detailed the car and filled it up with gas and I was on my way. I couldn’t be happier with this dealership, they seem like good and honest people here!!! I’ll definitely look at Russ Darrow next time I’m in the market for a new car! Thank you so much!! More

Absolutely horrible. They're nice to you if you're spending money, but when you take your car there a week after you buy it because your 4x4 went out, they're rude. I've had this car less than 4 month spending money, but when you take your car there a week after you buy it because your 4x4 went out, they're rude. I've had this car less than 4 months, and I've only actually had it for about a month and a half. It's been in the shop so much. I took it to my mechanic after it came back from Russ Darrow with more issues than it came with. I've now put 3k into repairs for a car I've had less than 4 months. I didn't want the car originally and got pushed into it, when I asked what was wrong they said nothing was wrong and it was sound. Come to find out the brakes have been leaking for a while, the tire was fixing to fall off, tie rod, ball joint, wheel bearing, and brake pads all needed replacing already. The struts are wearing out way too soon. I'm glad I took it to my mechanic instead of Russ Darrow, I'm driving cross country in a couple weeks and there's no way I would have made it safely if I had just trusted Russ Darrow. I will never purchase from one of those snakes again. They screwed me up the xxx and now because of all the money I have to put into repairs, I'm having to take out a loan to pay my bills. Never ever buy from them if you want a reliable vehicle. They cannot sell you a decent car. More
