With me living in another state, it was helpful that Luca took the time to make live videos of my vehicle and send so I could get a close up of both the exterior and interior. That's honestly what really sealed the deal! Then we had Steven who was patient with explaining everything to me. His efforts resulted in a lower interest and payment. Both Luca and Stephen were professional and provided excellent customer service. I'm extremely happy with my vehicle. I definently plan on returning for any future vehicle purchases. More

I was told to come at 3 on Saturday to pick up my car and I had to wait almost 2 hours to talk to the financial people for something that management.
