Beware this dealership, I bought a new truck from them and days after I left they called me several times saying that I had to sign a new contract. I asked them why and what was different and they wouldn' and days after I left they called me several times saying that I had to sign a new contract. I asked them why and what was different and they wouldn't tell me. They then threatened to take the truck back if I didn’t sign new paperwork. They sent someone to my house with paperwork that had a largely increased residual value and I obviously refused, to which they effectively said 'never mind'. I then emailed Nick Reuther the GM with my concerns and received no answer. More

I am completely happy with my experience at Beaver Toyota and especially working with Lu Lam. Lu met all of my demands, and after doing a nationwide search for very specific criteria, I have no doubt that I got the best deal in the country for what I drove home. Lu was waiting for me when I arrived after a day and a half of driving, offering food, drink, facilities, etc. I didn't have to wait for anything. Everything was in order and ready to go. Literally 5 minutes, and I was driving away in my new purchase. It was the most pleasantly surprising car buying experience I could have imagined. I highly recommend Beaver Toyota (ask for Lu). I looked for months, both local and on the internet, for a used car that was exactly what I wanted. I finally found it at Beaver Toyota. They had me send pictures of my trade-in, made a fair offer, and we had a no hassle deal. I couldn't come get my car so, in my case, they even arraigned delivery of mine and pickup of my trade. My "new" car looked spotless. I have bought new cars that weren't as clean! I waited six months to write this. Now, I can say my great car runs like new, not one problem. I love it.
